I am almost finished with a portrait of two sisters to give their parents for Mother's Day and Father's Day. It was extremely nice for me to paint the girls, as I also have a great relationship with my parents.

I am participating in a group art show "Tall Oaks from Small Acorns Grow" in Maine for my high school art teacher Thomas Block's Retirement. It was his wish to have a show instead of a dinner with his past students work. I am honored to have a piece in the show. Mr. Block was a huge influence during my high school years, as were Ms. Sutter and Ms. Cowperthwaite.
